Registration fees will be collected in Japanese YEN (JPY).  On-site registration fees may be paid by credit card or in cash at the workshop venue. Early bird registration closed on April 15, 2024, and normal registration has already closed on July 8.

Please note that accompanying persons under the age of 7 will not be charged a registration fee but should still be registered as accompanying persons. The accompanying person whose age is between 7 and 17 will be charged the half price listed above. 

In addition to participation in the scientific programme, participants are invited to

• Ice-breaker party (Sat, Sep 7)
• Coffee-breaks
• Excursion (Tue, Sep 10)
• Workshop bag, name badge
• Workshop Farewell Dinner (Fri, Sep 13, evening).

Note: The on-site rate for the registration fee is applied at the present. LOC cannot guarantee the provision of workshop items (printed program book, souvenirs, etc.) or extend invitations to the excursion/conference dinner to persons who registered after the normal registration deadline (July 8).

Accompanying persons do not have access to the scientific programme but are welcome to social events. This option is therefore not suitable for student delegates.
