As discussed (and agreed on) at our division business meetings in Helsingør, we will introduce electronic voting as one possible way for elections and decisions within our division.

According to the newly adopted membership structure, all division members registered at emiw.org and who attended one of the last EMI workshops or business meetings at IAGA or IUGG assemblies are eligible to vote.

We need to adjust the EMIW data base to give all eligible members voting permissions. We will inform members if their status has changed by email. Here your input might be required, in case our data basis is not up to date, which is quite possible.
